Both bleach and vinegar make short work out of mold and bacteria, but neither option is correct here.
For one, drain lines lead to your indoor system and your air vents, and inhaling bleach is bad for your health. Also, bleach is corrosive to some materials included in the manufacture of drain lines, such as PVC.
Vinegar is acidic and corrosive as well. Most manufacturers have upgraded the coils to aluminum which is a much softer metal.
Using either will cause premature failure and a high repair bill due to corrosion and leaking components.
A high volume of water is simply the safer choice here.
