Lock yourself in for 2 visits per year with priority scheduling. Visits include:
- Sanitizing coils, air handler and wires
- Clean drain lines
- Check Refrigerant levels
- Replace Filters
- Lubricate Mechanical Parts
- Check and Adjust Thermostat Setting
- Check Electrical and System Controls

how it works?
Lock yourself in for 2 visits per year with priority scheduling. Visits include:
Measure & record return and supply air temps
- Clean accessible return air grilles
- Check and record blower motor amperage
- Check air filter (replace if customer supplies)
- Inspect all wiring in the unit
- Secure all wiring connections
- Check evaporator coil condition
- Check drain pan condition
- Check cabinet interior condition
- Check and record electric heat amperage
- Pull blower housing, inspect heater and supply plenum
- Rinse evaporator with self-rinse cleaner in place
- Clean condensate line with nitrogen and vaccum
- Check float switch operation if available
- Wipe down exterior cabinet
- Check and record amperage on compressor
- Check and record amperage on fan motor
- Check and record contactor condition and volt drop
- Check and record capacitor reading under load
- Check and record refrigerant charge, subcool/superheat
- Check defrost operation
- Remove all debris from interior of outdoor unit
- Inspect all wiring in the unit
- Secure all electrical connections
- Rinse outdoor coil
- Recheck return and supply air temperatures
